Ingredients
- 10 med Red Potatoes, peeled
- 1/3 c chopped chives and 2 T grated sweet onion (either or)
- 1/4 c vegetable oil
- 1/4 c vinegar
- 1 to 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper or more to taste
- 1/2 c mayonnaise and 1/2 c plain yogurt or 1 c mayonnaise
- 1/2 c chopped celery
- 1/2 c chopped green pepper or cucumber (optional)
- 2 to 3 tsp sugar & 1 to 2 tsp mustard
- Paprika for granish
