Ingredients

• 3 ½ cups flour
• 2 ½ cups sugar
• 3 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil

• 4 eggs
• 1 stick butter
• ¼ cup apple cider
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 2 apples (peeled and thinly sliced)
