• 6 ripe avocados
• 2 roma tomatoes, diced
• 1/2 medium red onion, chopped
• juice of 1 large lime
• 1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
• 1 tbsp Jalapeño Tabasco
• lots of salt and pepper
