Ingredients
- 500g mince beef
- 2 garlic cloves (crushed)
- oregano and dried herbs
- ragu-style jar of sauce (or use chopped tomatoes)
- veg to your choosing:
- 500g mushrooms
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- lasagne sheets
- 75g butter
- 75g flour
- 1/2 a pint of milk
- lots of cheese!
