Quiche Lorraine | D'Orsogna

Ingredients

• 200 g D'Orsogna Shortcut Bacon, cut into small strips
• 2 Shortcrust Sheets, thawed
• 1 ¼ cup Thickened Cream
• 1 ¼ cup Cheddar Cheese
• 4 Eggs
• ½ Onion, finely chopped
• 1 Garlic clove, minced
• 1 tbsp Butter
• Salt and Pepper, to taste
• 50 g Cooked Bacon, chopped for Garnish
