Vegan Cookie Dough Bites – rockwellswholefoods

Ingredients

• 2 3/4 c rolled organic oats
• 3/4 c unsweetened coconut
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 c Rockwell's Coconut Oil
• 1/2 c Rockwell's coconut syrup we used maple flavour, but any flavour is fine
• 2 tbsp ground flax
• 2 tbsp Rockwell's Chia Seeds
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 c vegan chocolate chips or cacao nibs
• 1/4 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp nutmeg
• 1/4 tsp allspice
