- 2 ½ cups flour
- 2 cups Chelsea White Sugar
- ¾ cup cocoa
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ cup melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla essence
- 2 cups warm water
- 1 Tbsp mayonnaise (the secret ingredient!)
