• 22.5 ml Thomas Henry Soda Water
• 15 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
• 15 ml Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
• 2 fresh Kaffir lime leaf
• 4 fresh Mint leaves
