Ingredients

• 6 slices of bacon
• 2 heads of Romaine lettuce, chopped
• 2 cups of cooked chicken breast, diced
• 1 avocado, diced
• 2 tomatoes, diced
• 1/2 cup of blue cheese crumbles
• 4 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
• 1/4 cup of chopped chives
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1/2 cup of your choice of vinaigrette dressing
