• Vanilla buttercream, coloured, recipe follows
• 720ml double cream, whipped
• Strawberry coulis, recipe follows
• Confetti sprinkles
• For the vanilla buttercream
• 180g butter
• 375g icing sugar
• 2 tsp vanilla essence
• 6 to 16 tbsp milk
• For the strawberry coulis
• 575g strawberries, cleaned and hulled
• 125ml water
• 55g sugar
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
