• 3 red and yellow pepper in thin strips (about 450 g)
• 2 red onions in thin strips (about 150 g)
• 300 g chicken fillet in thin strips
• 2 tbsp water
• 8 wheat or medium whole wheat tortillas
• 200 ml creme fraiche
• 200 ml tomato salsa
• 75 g cheese, grated, for example, aged cheddar cheese
• 1 bunch fresh coriander
