• 1 cup apple sauce
• 1/4 cup orange juice
• 3 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon cinnamon
• 1 pinch allspice
• 1 pinch clove
• 1 pinch nutmeg
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 3 cups apples chopped
• 1 cup pecans chopped
