Ingredients

• 3 cups fresh strawberries, washed and trimmed
• 2 eggs
• 1¼ cup sugar
• 2 cups half-and-half (aka half cream)
• ¼ tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup whipping cream
• Fresh strawberries, sliced
• Honey
