Hawaiian Quesadilla
Quick and easy snack or weeknight dinner with ham and pineapple and loaded with cheese.
Ingredients
- 2 or more pieces 8" flour tortilla
- 12 pieces or more cooked ham, cooked, sliced (I used thin round honey ham)
- 1 small can pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1/2 cup or more shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup or more mozzarella cheese
- green bell peppers (if desired)
