• 1 cup (2 sticks) REAL unsalted butter, softened
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1-2 tsp RUM extract (could also use brandy extract)
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp ground nutmeg
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 3 cups flour
• 2-3 teaspoons prepared eggnog
• 1/4 cup real butter, softened
• 3 cups powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 to 1 tsp RUM extract (can use brandy extract)
• 2 TB prepared eggnog
• ground nutmeg
