• 3 cups low sodium beef or chicken broth
• 1 can (15 oz.) corn, drained
• 4 tablespoons (½ stick) unsalted butter
• ¼ cup all purpose flour
• 1 ½ cups whole milk
• 1 ½ cups grated pepper Jack cheese
• ¼ cup minced fresh cilantro, (more for garnish)
