The Bread Dude's Bread Recipe - Maine Organic Farmers and Gardeners

Ingredients

• 1 ½ c. white bread or all-purpose flour
• 1 ½ c. water at room temperature
• ¼ tsp. instant dry yeast
• 2 to 3 c. white or all-purpose bread flour (see below)
• 1 ½ c. whole wheat or rye flour
• ½ c. water
• 2 Tbsp. instant yeast
• 2 tsp. salt
