Ingredients

• 1½ oz. London dry gin (preferably Tanqueray)
• ½ oz. Dolin Blanc vermouth
• 2 oz. fresh watermelon juice
• ½ oz. simple syrup
• ½ oz. fresh lime juice
• 1 barspoon (or about 1 tsp.) Green Chartreuse
• 6 to 8 mint leaves
• Watermelon spear and mint sprig, for garnish
• 2 oz. cachaça (preferably Velho Barreiro or Leblon)
• ½ oz. Pierre Ferrand dry curaçao
• 6 mint leaves
• Mint sprig, for garnish
• 3 cups amontillado sherry or Pineau des Charentes
• 2¼ cups fresh watermelon juice
• 3 oz. fresh lime juice
• 3 oz. maraschino liqueur
