• 3/4 lb Hot Italian sausage casing
• olive oil
• 1/3 c Dry bread crumbs
• 1 1/4 lb Ground beef
• 1 10-oz box frozen chopped spinach
• 2 Eggs lightly beaten
• 1 clove Garlic crushed
• 3/4 ts Black Pepper freshly ground
• 1/2 c Grated Parmesan cheese
• 3 tb oil packed sun-dried tomatoes Minced
• 1/2 ts Salt
