Aloo Paratha recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• 1 cup flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• ½ cup yoghurt
• ¼ cup milk
• Potato:
• 1 teaspoon ground green chillies
• 1 tablespoon yoghurt
• 1 tablespoon lemon 🍋 juice
• ½ teaspoon tamarind paste mixed in 2 tablespoon water
• 1 clove minced garlic
• ½ teaspoon Rye (black seed)
• Few chopped curry leaves 🍃
• Add to potatoes 🥔 with few pinches arad (Turmeric)
• Add in ¼ cup grated cheese 🧀
