Ingredients

• 1 1/3oz Patrón Silver blanco tequila
• 1/3oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
• 5/6oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
• 2/3oz Monin Pineapple Syrup
• 2 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
• 2 dash Chocolate bitters
• 2/3oz Egg white (pasteurised)
• or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
• or Aquafaba (chickpea water)
• or Egg white replacement (vegan)
• Top up with Thomas Henry Soda Water
