Chicken Curry recipe by Nazreen Khan

Ingredients

• Few pieces of stick cinnamon
• 3 tablespoons oil
• 1x large onion (chopped fine)
• 1x tomato (grated)
• 2 heap teaspoon curry masala
• 1 heap teaspoon Borrie/Tumeric masala
• 1 heap teaspoon Leaf masala
• 1 heap teaspoon Chicken masala /Meat masala
• 1 heap teaspoon Mother in law masala
• 1 heap teaspoon salt(taste and add more if needed)
• 3 large potatoes cut into 4
• 5 pieces chicken braai (bbq)
