• 1 1/2 cup cooked pearl couscous
• 1 cup basil pesto
• 12 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
• 3/4 lb cucumbers, peeled & halved
• 2 Raley’s private label celery ribs, diced
• 1 orange bell pepper, cubed
• 1/2 cup chopped red onion
• 4 oz Raley’s private label crumbled gorgonzola cheese
• 1/2 tsp Raley’s Mediterranean sea salt
