Ingredients

• 1 chicken
• 2 chicken bouillon cubes
• 4 potatoes , well scrubbed
• 1 and a half cup chopped white onion
• 2 tsp crushed tarragon
• 4 carrots , sliced
• 10 bags fresh spinach , washed and trimmed
• 1 and a half cup milk
• 2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp hot pepper sauce
