Chicken Sausage and Ravioli Soup - Brennans Market

Ingredients

• 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 12 ounces chicken sausage raw
• 1 medium onion, finely chopped
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
• 1/4 cup dry white wine
• 1 cup chicken broth
• 3 cups water
• one 28 ounce can crushed tomatoes with their juices
• 1 can Cannellini Beans, drained and rinsed
• Handful fresh basil leaves, torn
• 9 or 10 oz Cheese Ravioli or Tortellini
• 6 cups (about 8 ounces) fresh spinach, coarsely chopped
• 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
