- 250 ml (1 cup) mayonnaise
- 130 g (1/2 cup) thick natural yogurt
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) maple syrup (preferably golden syrup for its delicate flavour)
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) Dijon mustard
- 4 g (2 tablespoons) fresh parsley, chopped
- 5 g (3 tablespoons) fresh chives, chopped
- 4 g (2 tablespoons) fresh basil, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
