Chicken Tandoori recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• 1 chicken cut into 4 I added butterflied fillets
• 2 teaspoon garlic paste @purespice_sa
• 2 tablespoon lemon juice
• 2 tablespoon oil
• 1 tablespoon chilli powder,
• 1 teaspoon dhana-Jeeru (Cumin)
• ½teaspoon lemon pepper
• 1 teaspoon salt
• ¼ tin tomato puree
• 1 cup yoghurt
• 2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
• ¼ teaspoon red coloring
• ¼ teaspoon yellow coloring
• 1tbl Shans Chaat Masala
