Ingredients

• 1 pound smoked sausage, chopped
• 1 (8-ounce) box dirty rice, plus the ingredients called for on the package
• 2 cups chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, cooked and chopped
• 1 (10.5-ounce) can unsalted cream of chicken soup
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
• 1 (2.8-ounce) can crispy-fried onions
• fresh parsley, to taste, chopped, for garnish
