- 4½ oz Brut Champagne or Prosecco
- 1½ oz White Peach Purée*
- 2 drops Peach Bitters
- Gently fold the Champagne (or Prosecco), white peach puree, and peach bitters in a Mixing Glass. Pour into a Champagne Flute.
