• 6 Pitted dates
• 3 tbsp Sesame oil
• 1 tsp Soy sauce
• 1/4 cup Rice vinegar
• 1 tbsp Minced garlic
• 2 tbsp Honey
• 1/4 tsp Dijon mustard (coarse)
• 1 pinch Salt
• 1 pinch Pepper
