• 2 Halal chicken thighs
• 6 Halal chicken drumettes
• 2 stalks lemongrass
• 1 large yellow onion, chopped
• 7 red birds eye chilies
• 2 tsp turmeric
• 4 cloves garlic, crushed
• 13.5 oz can coconut milk
• 3 lime leaves
• 1 ½ tbsp tamarind pulp
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp turmeric
• Juice of 1 lime
