• 1 lb carrots, cut into 2 inch wedges
• 1/2 cup water
• 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
