Carloochis Italian sausage, peppers and onions on a roll - Carlos' Consuming Fire

Ingredients

• 1 package of potato rolls (rolls of choice)
• 1 package of 6 Premio Hot Italian sausage (mild, sweet or hot is optional)
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 1 green pepper
• 1 red pepper
• 1 yellow pepper
• 1 orange pepper
• 1 red onion
• 1 yellow or sweet onion
• 1 bottle of Carlos’ Consuming Fire Hot Sauce of choice
• 1/4 cup of water
• 2 tbs of avocado oil
• Pinch of salt and pepper
