Ingredients

• 1/4 oz (7 ml) simple syrup made with a 2:1 ratio of sugar to water
• 3/4 oz (22 ml) freshly squeezed juice from 1 or 2 limes
• 1/2 oz (15 ml) orange curaçao
• 1 1/2 oz (45 ml) lightly aged rum (, like El Dorado 5-Year)
• 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
• 2 oz (60 ml) chilled dry sparkling wine
