Chicken with angel hair (and sausage) Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 chicken breasts cubed
• Premio thin sweet sausage w basil, cut into 1 in. pieces
• EVOO
• 1 large shallot diced
• 1 garlic clove diced
• 5 plum tomatoes cored and diced
• 2 cans tuttorosa crushed tomatoes
• 1 sm can tomato sauce
• fresh basil
• salt & pepper
• 1 tsp sugar
• 2 chicken cubes
• splash of white wine
• angel hair pasta
• grated cheese
