Ingredients

• 1 package of refrigerated biscuits
• 1-1/2 cups sugar
• 1 cup unsalted butter, or shortening
• 2 eggs
• 4-1/4 cups all purpose flour
• 1-1/2 tsps. baking powder
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
• 1 cup milk
• 1 egg white cooked
• 1/2 tsp. water
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1/4 cup plus 1 Tbsp. milk
