- 4 cups rice bubbles
- 1 cup icing sugar, sifted
- 3 tbsp cocoa
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 1 litre good quality strawberry ice cream, softened
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 250g strawberries, washed and quartered
- 1 packet popping candy
- 2 tbsp melted copha
- 100g dark or milk chocolate
