Ingredients

• 3 packages (3 x 600 g) Granny’s Turkey Wings
• 2 tbsp | 30 ml garlic, coarsely chopped
• 1 cup | 250 ml onion, sliced
• 1 tsp | 5 ml ground cumin
• 1 tsp | 5 ml ground coriander
• 1 tsp | 5 ml black peppercorns
• 1 1/2 tsp | 7.5 ml sea salt
• 1 tbsp | 15 ml smoked paprika
• 1/2 tsp | 2.5 ml dried red chilies
• 1/4 tsp | 1.75 ml ground thyme
