Ingredients
- 200g white granulated or caster sugar
- 1 x 28g pack mint, leaves only
- finely grated zest and juice of 4 limes (you’ll need about 100ml freshly squeezed lime juice)
- 500g blueberries
- 125ml golden or white rum
- ½ x 12g sachet Dr Oetker powdered gelatine (about 1½ tsp)
