• 300 g Wheat semolina
• 200 g Flour
• 30 g Oil
• 5 g Salt
• 65 g Yoghurt
• 250 ml Water
• 4 Medium chicken breasts
• 2 Small tomatoes
• 1 Red onion
• 1 Red pepper
• Half bundle of rocket
• Half bundle of parsley
• 3 g Curry powder
• A pinch of salt
• Cream cheese
• 5 g Chopped coriander
