Ingredients

• 1/4 cup Butter
• 1/4 cup Brown sugar (can use more)
• 1 tsp Cinnamon (can use more)
• 6 large Eggs
• 1 1/2 cups half-and-half
• 1 cup All-purpose flour
• 1/3 cup Sugar
• 1/2 tsp Baking powder
• 1/4 tsp Salt
• 1/2 - 3/4 tsp Cinnamon
• 1 1/2 tsps Vanilla
• 3 large apples, peeled & sliced thinly
