• 3 heads Red Cabbage sliced thin
• 2 whole Red Onions sliced thinly
• 2 whole Red Peppers thinly Sliced
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 2 1/2 cups white Vinegar
• 7 whole Jalapenoes seeded, then finely choppped
• 1 bunch cilantro chopped
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 1 1/2 cups oil Blend
