Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Gran Luchito Chipotle Paste
- 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 6–8 anchovies
- 1 tablespoon tomato purée
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 200g / 7oz linguine or spaghetti
- 1 knob of butter
- 1 tablespoon of parsley, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, plus extra to serve
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
