Ravioli Milanese - Fasta Pasta Copycat - My Baby Eats

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 tbs olive oil
• 1/2 brown/yellow onion (finely chopped (Thermomixers: peeled, halved) (approx. 85g))
• 2 garlic cloves (minced (Thermomixers: peeled, whole))
• 500 g beef mince/ground beef
• 2 400g/14oz cans diced tomatoes
• 1/3 cup water
• 1/2 cup packed fresh basil (leaves only (20g))
• 1/8 tsp sugar
• 1/4 tsp salt (for family over 12 months)
• 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
• 600 g fresh beef ravioli pasta
• 1/4 cup thickened cream
• grated parmesan and extra basil leaves (to garnish)
