caramelized onion dip - Lesley Stowe Raincoast Crisps

Ingredients

• 2 red onions peeled and cut in half lengthwise, sliced thinly lengthwise
• 2 Tbsp butter
• 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
• 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
• 1 tsp kosher salt
• ½ tsp ground black pepper
• ¼ lb cream cheese
• ½ cup greek yogurt
• ½ cups mayonnaise
• 1 Tbsp lemon juice
