• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, any type
• 12 ounces mascarpone cheese, must be at room temperature
• 1/3 cup Crystal Sugar Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup whipping cream
• 5 tablespoons grated chocolate
• 2 teaspoons Crystal Sugar Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
• 1/2 cup grated chocolate
