Tommy's BBQ Sauce | Just A Pinch Recipes
I worked at two different BBQ joints while in college and this is a combination of the two plus my own little twists. Can be used with my BBQ rub.
Ingredients
- 2 cup(s) ketchup
- 1 cup(s) Dijon mustard
- 1 cup(s) brown sugar
- 1/2 cup(s) white sugar
- 1/4 cup(s) worchestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoon(s) liquid smoke, (pecan or applewood works best)
- 2 tablespoon(s) jack daniels or old whiskey river whiskey
- 2 tablespoon(s) orange juice
- 1 tablespoon(s) garlic powder with parsley
- 1 tablespoon(s) onion powder
- 2 tablespoon(s) celery salt
- 1 teaspoon(s) sea salt
