• 1 package Smoked Sausage (cut into 1/4 inch slices)
• 1 can Diced Tomatoes
• 4 cup Chicken Broth
• 1 package Fresh Cheese Tortellini
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1/4 tsp Pepper
• 2 cup Baby Spinach
• 1 cup Parmesan Cheese - optional
