• 450 g Ricotta cheese
• 300 g Fresh strawberries cut into small chunks
• 80 ml Balsamic vinegar
• 2 tbsp Fresh Basil chopped
• 1 tsp Icing sugar
• 1/4 tsp Freshly ground black pepper
• sprinkle Salt
• Olive oil
