• 2 cups of raisins -400g
• 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon of ground cloves
• 1/2 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
• 1/4 teaspoon of salt
• 1 cup of water
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
• 2 eggs
• 2 cups of all-purpose flour -240g
• 1 teaspoon of baking soda
